LET’S CHAt
Welcome!
Why – despite all your accolades and accomplishments – does your soul yearn for so much more?
But first, does this sound like you?
You’re a professional woman over 40 who’s reached high levels of success in your executive or entrepreneurial career. Friends and colleagues would easily describe you as:
Ambitious – Set a goal, and you’ll exceed it every time.
Efficient – You’re the QUEEN of getting things done. No help needed.
Driven – Hustle? You practically invented the word.
(All commendable qualities, by the way.)

You’re doing ALL the things, serving ALL the people, and it’s starting to catch up to you. (Too bad you haven’t learned how to flex your “Please Help” muscles yet.)
Plus, no matter how many credentials you add to your LinkedIn profile, you still feel empty inside. You know something’s missing from your life, but you can’t pinpoint what it is or how to find it.
Pure, deep-within-your-soul joy that comes from being exactly where
you’re meant to be, doing exactly what you love.
I spent 25 years in a traditional corporate environment (think black suits and stiff white shirts), working for global brands like Anheuser-Busch, The Coca-Cola Company, and Campbell's Soup Company. As a VP, I thrived in the world of high-pressure decisions and executive presentations. Sure, this came with mountains of overtime and extra stress, but I had the title, salary, and corner office to make up for it.
On paper, everything looked perfect.
Completely consumed by work, with barely any time or energy left over for my family, let alone myself. My older son said to me, "Mom, we saw you more when you traveled for work every week."
(Dagger to the heart, right?)
After a few heart-to-hearts with God (“Really God? You want me to quit my job NOW, after becoming a VP?!”), I made a major life pivot, resigned from Corporate, and became a stay-at-home mom when my youngest son was 17 (yes, 17!). It worked wonders for our family, and we’ve never looked back.
I became a certified Executive Coach in Leadership and Organizational Performance at Rutgers University and hired a coach of my own to help me do some deep work on goals, purpose, and dreams.
This fueled the spark that led to where I am today: coaching ambitious, professional women on how to navigate their own pivots for a more fulfilling life.
MY MISSION:
When women find joy, the world changes.
Everyone in their orbit – partners, children, friends, family,
and coworkers – reaps the benefits.

I wanted to find balance AND to figure out how the heck to grow my business and still have the FUN I had in the beginning. It’s why I started the business after all. Where did it GO?

Now, just for fun …
I was born and raised in Maine and return every summer to our lake house.
I live in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York.
I love to travel and will happily pack a bag at a moment's notice.
Friday night is Family Movie Night at our house (aka, a giant snuggle fest).
I remarried in 2016 to the love of my life.
We have two golden retrievers, Lucy and Annie.
